Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern your use of rendfly (the "Service"), operated by DFMENDES TECNOLOGIA LTDA. By creating an account or routing traffic through rendfly, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

2. The Service

rendfly is a production-time observability service for AI agents. We assemble the LLM calls, tool calls and retrieval steps your agent makes into traces, run deterministic detectors over that telemetry, and raise an incident with an alert when the agent misbehaves - a retry storm, a runaway loop, a cost spike, a failing tool. Detection is deterministic: no model is called to judge your agent. We do not act on your agent's behalf and we do not modify your traffic.

3. Your responsibilities

• One workspace per legal entity. Don't share workspaces between unrelated organizations.
• Provide accurate authentication information; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't use rendfly to monitor agents you don't own or aren't authorized to monitor.
• Don't attempt to extract other customers' data, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the platform.

4. Provider credentials and customer data

When you connect an LLM provider, that credential is used for exactly one purpose: forwarding the requests you route through our proxy to that provider, unchanged. We never call the provider on our own initiative and we never act on your agent. You can rotate or revoke credentials at any time; doing so stops proxy capture until new credentials are provided.

5. Pricing and billing

Plans, their limits, and pricing are listed at rendfly.com. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually. Plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle and are prorated where applicable. Refunds are issued within 14 days of an annual subscription if no significant usage occurred.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may suspend the Service immediately for violations of Section 3 or non-payment. Upon termination you have 30 days to export your data; after that, all account data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that monitoring will catch every failure - you remain responsible for production behavior of your agents. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Câmara de Conciliação e Arbitragem do Brasil (CCBC), seated in São Paulo, in Portuguese or English at the parties option.
